Why do people think that engineering is useless? Why do people make funny videos on engineers?
Hello friends, one of my questions is that now there is a need for engineers in India, then why the engineers are so helpless.

Engineering is not useless, people who study engineering without their will thinks that is useless. Medicine miracles in health. But engineering miracles even in health industry. Can anyone who makes funny jokes show me a place where engineering is not present it is the way we look at the subject matters. But there are many other subjects which makes us earn more with less pain than engineering that is the reason they think it is useless.

See, pursuing engineering is not everyone's cup of tea. It is all a matter of interest and making funny videos is done to lighten the burden of the syllabus, what we study throughout the semesters. We, engineers, are very creative and we know how to deal with all the stuff wisely and smartly. We live in surroundings where we are subjected to multiple experiences and as a result we emerge changed. And these videos need a part of those experiences where we can easily laugh on us and do our respected jobs as well. One who smiles at himself is never smiled at. That's what we are doing.

Hi dear,
I understand many people who aim to turn their careers out as engineers do get offended by such videos but at the same time the reason behind this maybe that more than half the adult population of India is heading towards being engineers no matter whether they are interested in it or not because it has become a cattle herd that attracts parents and children of this era a lot. You may also take it as the ones who envy the living status and standards of knowledge of engineers tend to come out with such videos. Also, rather taking it all in a negative manner develop your personality in such a way that anything offensive that come...more -
It's not a truth. It's true that skilled engineers are less. Otherwise, engineering is the most interesting and advanced application based course to take.

Hello,Each field has its own functioning and responsibility to carve the society. The reason for this degradation is the lower standard and stagnant curriculum of Engineering. The practical cum theoretical knowledge provided to the students. The excessive competition of the engineering students resulting in the lesser job opportunities in their chosen field.

Engineering is pretty much useless, if you are not interested in being an engineer and you are forced to study that course. Without any interest any course or degree is useless and won't provide you any benefit from pursuing it. People make fun of anything, they don't really care. But you should only pursue this course only if you have interest in it because it is a tough course and will require your full dedication and commitment in order to be a good engineer.

Who work on the rocket-propelled vehicles, they apply the principles of Mathematics, Physics, and Material Science to solve challenges related to these vehicles. Rocket Scientists are involved in the process of design and development of the vehicles such as small drones, satellites, and commercial aeroplanes.
Yes, this field is considered hard. It is complex and demands high precision. There can be extreme consequences for minor errors. The overall field is extremely challenging as it requires to apply the basic scientific principles to design and develop rockets. It requires sophisticated engineering with careful material selection, and allows narrow margin for error.
The following are the qualification which can help you to become a rocket scientist:
· Bachelor's Degree such as B.Tech/B.E can take up to four years to complete.
· You can do a two years Master's Degree M.Tech/M.E./M.S. after graduation.
· For advanced level study in this field, you can also do Ph.D and Research.
Well, becoming a rocket scientist is a long-term commitment, and it depends on your education path and goals It takes almost 5 to 6 years with a bachelor's and 8 to 12 years if you want to study higher. Here below is how long it usually takes:
- Bachelor's degree: You have to study aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or physics. This usually takes almost 4 years.
- Master's degree: this is almost optional, but it will help you specialise in rocket science, propulsion or space technology. This usually takes 2 years more.
- PhD: this is optional for a research job; if you want to do high-level research, then it
