Usually, JEE Main exam requires a minimum of 75% for the general category and 65% for the reserved category in the 12th class examination. However, this year NTA has discarded the percentage criteria and only the 12th pass Certificate is required for registration. -
You don't need 75% to appear for JEE Main but to take admission in NITs you need 75% in your 12th board exams.
