Dear Deep, I am not sure about the eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme at IITs or NITs but I can share the same for LPU as my cousin took admission to the B.Tech in CSE at LPU last month. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to either qualify for the LPU NEST exam or JEE Mains with a minimum of 85 percentile. The criteria to get admission in top colleges is to score 75% or in the top 20 percentile if top 20 percentile students score 65% then you are eligible at above this score say 65.1%, don't focus on these things just prepare the best and you will definitely score it.
