    Yes, for maximum good colleges especially which you have mentioned, 75% is mandatory in HSC to seek admission.

    This is just the eligibility criteria to give JEE advance examination. You can get 76% and can get to an IIT. Just study properly for both the exams.

    You have to score at least 75% in HSC in order to take admission in NITs or IITs.

    Yes, for NIT's and IIT's, you must have 75 percent or above for enrollment in these institutes, and must have good score in JEE Mains.

    Yes, 75% is necessary to appear for JEE Mains, you will only get NITs, IITs or IIITs, if you have cleared JEE with good rank and have at least 75% marks in boards.

    No, it is not necessary, if and only if you are having 80 percentile in class 12th. Means, in board exam result you have to be among top 20 qualified candidates.
