The LPU hostels located inside the 600 acre sprawling lush green campus are equipped with all the modern facilities one can think of. The hostel includes the services like Wi-Fi, Departmental Stores, Attached Washroom, Laundry Service, Mess Facility, Hospital Facility, ATM, gymnasiums, bowling alleys, restaurants, playgrounds, nonveg mess, etc. Apart from that there ar 24 Hrs. Electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. Above all there is round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The hostel has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthan and many other Regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can lodge a complaint. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest. There are female security guards who look after the security of the girls' hostel. The campus is ragging-free, tobacco-free, and drug-free so there is no need to fear. The Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs. Of time and are accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Resident girl students are not allowed to go outside the university at any given point in time. They have to seek permission from the university and the university informs their parents about their leaves and moves. No one can breach the security of the hostel as neither are the boys allowed to enter the girls' hostel nor the walls of the hostel can be climbed as they are very high. Girls are not allowed to roam around the hostel till late at night. No outsiders are allowed. Even the parents have to get a GATE pass to enter the university premises. Strict disciplinary actions are taken against those who indulge in indiscipline. This does give a feeling of prison as the students say in JEST but it's for their safety. This is the reason why we don't come across any untoward incidents.

How can one forget the hostel life the gossips with friends. Being an alumnus let me share with you the hostel facilities. The residential faculty &amp; staff provide after-hours guidance and support to the students, in case they need any academic or life advice. Sports facility is being introduced with membership of 3 different packages of games:SwimmingShootingSquash, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball and Combative sports. Students can join all these memberships on a yearly basis. The campus has a 24 hours 30 B.Ed hospital which is staffed with resident medical officers, medical lab, dieticians and physiotherapists. In house laundry services are available at a nominal charges to students. Keeping student's requirements in mind, University offers quality residence (offering above average necessities) for their living comforts. Become independent! Students residing in the campus can earn while studying by taking up part time jobs in labs, library, sales, shopping mall etc. Become independent! Similarly, LPUs infrastructure is one of the biggest and best in the world. The campus of LPU is surrounded by trees and gardens that make teaching and learning environment more comfortable. The pollution-free and healthy environment at LPU campus is other major highlights of the campus. In LPU, the key points of hostel facilities are1. CCTV based security in both boys and girls hostel. 2. A dedicated team of warden and workers who are available in the hostel for 24 hours in shifts to provide facilities to students. 3. Best north, south and other food facilities in the mess with quality and taste 4. Near to hostels, there are playgrounds to play basketball, football, badminton, cricket. 5. Indoor stadium for swimming, gyming, and learning various exciting games 6. Flexible timing to visit Unimall, library and work at innovation studio 7. Due to students from across the country, students are getting interacted with them and capturing various positive vibes in terms of language and knowledge sharing. 8. In the weekends, DSW (Department of student welfare organizes various activities related to sports and entertainment for hostel students. 9. Hostels are fully air-cooled with the option of both cooler and AC. 10. The rooms have attached the washroom and each student has a separate B.Ed chair, study table, fan, almirah with locker facility. 11 Power backup for light load only (not for AC/ Geyser/ Air cooler). 12 Mess facility with vegetarian meals only. Parking two wheeler/car facility at designated places only. Gymnasium (optional on payment basis). 13 Students in residential facility are permitted to keep Electrical Kettles, Electrical Irons, Steamer, Laptop, Mobile Charger, Shaving Set, Trimmer, Hair Straightener and Hair Dryer. Extra electricity bill due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the occupants of that room.

Hi, The hostel facilities are great at LPU. Let's take the example of the 4-seater room- The 4 seater room has 4 B.Ed 4 Study Table, 4 Plastic Chair, 4 Single Almirah, 1 AC/Air cooler (depending upon whether you opt for AC room or the other one), 1 Geyser with an attached washroom. There are copious facilities in Hostels. Some of the facilities are: 24 Hrs. Security Services, CCTV Surveillance, Electricity Backup, Water Supply. Turnstile gates are there at the entry of every hostel for security reasons. 24 Hrs. Medical Service (Medicines and tests on Payment) 24 Hrs. Staff Assistance, Study Room, TV Room. Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, and Purified Water Facility Maintenance Services Wi-Fi Services. Library facility till 12 midnight. Thanks.

Among them, 8 are Boys Hostels and 6 are Girls Hostel and 3 Apartments. In the hostel room, you will be provided with the following facilities- attached washroom air-cooled/air-conditioned 2 Iron B.Ed 2 Study Table, 2 Plastic Chair, 2 Almirah, 1 Geyser, 1 AC/ 1 Air Cooler (As Applicable) 24 Hrs. Being an alumnus of Lovely Professional University I will definitely recommend you LPU, as it is one of a kind, growing not only in its infrastructure but also in the facilities, placement packages and is becoming an aspiring institution, setting the paradigm for other upcoming institutions. LPU has achieved many awards for placement, campus, and even for a best private university. All the facilities and services are the same in all the rooms. The Residential has the following Facilities in all the rooms: A separate residential facility for boys and girls within the campus. Rooms with attached washroom (except in certain dormitory rooms), B.Ed (without mattress), table, chair, and almirahs. Air cooler / Air Conditioner facility in each room (as opted). Arrangement for power supply through dedicated 24 hours hotlines. Geyser in each room to provide hot water in winters (scheduled timings) for two hours per room every day or as decided by the University. In campus Hospital with an ambulance to provide medical assistance to students. Internet connectivity through Wi-Fi system for scheduled timing for academic purposes only and subject to conditions. Power backup for light load only (not for AC/ Geyser/ Air cooler). Mess facility with vegetarian meals only. Parking two-wheeler/car facility at designated places only. Gymnasium (optional on payment basis).
