In a few programme, you may directly get admission at LPU without any entrance exam on the basis of your qualifying exam such as Diploma, BA, etc. Moreover, for most of the programmes, you need to qualify for the LPUNEST exam and interview conducted by LPU to fulfill the eligibility such as BTech, BBA, BCA, PhD, MBA, etc.</p><p>I will take the example of BTech to get admission step by step.</p><p>Step 1 - Signup</p><ul><li>Register onto admission.lpu.in with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender, and Password). Hi Vaibhavi, first you need to log in to LPU website and register onto admission. Lpu. In with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No. , State, Gender and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and password will be set by you while registering on the portal. You will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this. Now log in to the same website with already created username/ password. STEP 2 - Apply for LPU NEST (Eligibility and Scholarship Test). LPU NEST is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admission in various programmes. It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. It's tough but those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. Don't you worry, the syllabus of LPU NEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification. In addition to it, there are questions of reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability are also there. LPU NEST is a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs. The result is displayed on the dash board of the student after 24 hrs. One gets two chances of attempting LPU NEST. The best of the two results will be applicable for scholarship. One has to register oneself with the university and pay online for taking LPU NEST. Application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR). You can visit university campus and the other admission offices across the country as well. Make sure that you are eligible for the course that you are applying for. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, first of all decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. LPU conducts LPU NEST for all the programmes. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. For most of the programmes, it serves both the purposes. As per the official website of LPU, the Schedule for LPU NEST has been started for all the programmes for this current session I. e 2021. As far as Scholarship is concerned, the amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPU NEST. There are three brackets: LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off This cut off depends on various parameters like number of students appeared, the highest marks in the exam and many more. It will remain a smart choice for any aspirant who will pursue any course from Lovely Professional University. LPU is offering 200+ varieties of Programs (including Dual + Integrated programme) in 55+ Disciplines Admission process is already been started in Lovely Professional University for the current academic Year. Seats are very limited as LPU will shortlist only the cream &amp; talented students for taking admission. Almost for all the courses, LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Eligibility &amp; Entrance Test), a National Level test is mandatory. Students need to register themselves in the online portal of LPU &amp; then apply online for the LPU NEST examination. LPU NEST Schedule 2 is presently active. This is Remotely Proctored test only. LPU NEST schedule 2 Examination: Online Registration Starts on 1-Apr-21 onwards, Last date is 30-Apr-21. In my opinion, one should not wait for the last date &amp; last moment as you may not get the desired schedule and date for the exam.
