How can I apply for admission at LPU?

I have checked the admission procedure of many universities, all have their own procedure of admission. But in the case of LPU, it does not provide direct admission to all the programme. A few programmes are there in which you can take direct admission. On the other hand, for most of the programmes at LPU, you have to qualify for their LPU NEST exam. Let me share the procedure of admission at LPU. I am taking an example of a B.Tech programme. Step 1 - Signup Register onto admission. Lpu. In with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No. , State, Gender and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and password will be set by you while registering on the portal. You will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this. Login to the admission. Lpu. In with already created username/ password. STEP 2 - Apply for LPU NEST (Eligibility and Scholarship Test) LPUNEST is an online test which acts as a gateway to programme you are interested in. Admission in this programme is done based on performance in LPU NEST. In addition, LPU NEST also act as Scholarship test and student can avail huge scholarship based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee: Cost of Application form and Soft copy of LPU NEST Kit is 1000 (for Boys) and 500 (for Girls). Cost of Application form and Printed LPU NEST Kit is 1500 (for Boys) and 1000 (for Girls). Fill the test application form. STEP 3 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the Online Remotely Proctored LPU NEST Exam. Appear and qualify the exam. STEP 4 - Result and Seat Allotment (Online Counselling) Get your scorecard/ rank. Fill the seat preference. The student can give preferences which can vary in stream and programme. In the first round of counselling, depending upon the seat availability and preferences filled by the candidates, a particular preference number would be allotted. Download the allotment letter and proceed for admission step. STEP 5 - Admission Deposit initial payment of Rs. 20000. After the successful realization of the payment: A Unique Provisional Registration No. Will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID. Upload the documents: Recent Photograph, Matriculation Marksheet, Qualifying exam Certificate Address Proof All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines. Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university.

First, you need to register onto LPUADMIT with basic details (Email ID, Name, Country, Mobile Number, Gender, and Password). You should ensure to register using the correct email id as all further communication will be through email only. After registration, select the programme of your interest and fill the application form. In case your final result is awaited, choose the result status option as awaited while submitting the qualification exam information. In case the content in the marks sheet/ transcript is not in English a certified English translated version must also be uploaded in addition to the native language Certificate. You should ensure that the application form is duly filled and the documentary evidence of the qualifying exam supporting the admission (if any) is also uploaded on LPUADMIT For all the latest updates related to admission, visit LPUADMIT from time to time. You'll have to qualify for the eligibility criteria. For some of the programs, there is an eligibility/ scholarship examination that LPU provides and you'll have to give that. LPU NEST is a huge opportunity for students to prove their self-worth and understanding of the concepts. It is a test carefully designed to check the understanding of the student of concepts from Science to management to all. It is a very flexible examination. There is a website admit. Lpu.
