I am studying in 11th science PCM. I got 95% in Sem 1 and also preparing for JEE. Am I eligible for IIT?

You have to clear IIT, for that no matter what percentage you got. -
At this point, you can't say now. As for getting into an IIT, you need to clear JEE Advance. And, should have 70% marks or above in PCM in your class 12th. -
Your class 11th marks are good. You can surely get IIT, if you work hard for one year. Best of Luck. -
Hi, for IIT, your JEE Advance score matters and eligibility for JEE Advance is 75% marks and above in class 12th and you need to clear JEE Mains.

It doesn't depends upon how much you score but how much practical knowledge you have and how much your concepts are clear it's good getting 95% marks, but your class 11th portion is much different from JEE, so your knowledge will help you pursue your degree from IIT if all things are clear, then you going to go in IIT.
