I am studying in 11th science PCM. I got 95% in Sem 1 and also preparing for JEE. Am I eligible for IIT?

Study hard and try to score better than the score you got in first semester. You will definitely be eligible for IITs. Concentrate on your studies. -
it depends on Your JEE Mains performance -
IIT eligibility is not based on year marks in school. Frst u will need to clear JEE Mains. In which 12th passed or pursuing students are eligible. N more for more information u can check.this website

you are in. lass 11 and u have a long way to go.Your scores tell us that u are a sincere student then its likely probable that you will pass out 12th board with distinction.To be elligible for IIT you will have to go through JEE Mains first,if u meet the cut-off marks for appearing in JEE Advanced then u vl b elligible for IIT.
