You may take admission in a private reputed university like JECRC, Galgotias, etc.

This year, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology has opened admissions through 2 modes. You can seek admission through any mode on the basis of a single application form, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Mode 1 70% seats on the basis of JEE (Main)-2019/NEET-2019 rankings
Mode 2 30% seats on the basis of 10+2 PCM/PCB scores
If your 12th Mark are good you should consider filling the form through Mode 2

Hi Abhi,
Your performance in JEE Mains in not at all good. Your 12th percentage is good (if you get what you expected). With these, you will not get a good college for B.Tech. You should attempt the respective state board engineering entrance exams or entrance exams of private colleges. Your performance in those exams will be considered to allot you a seat.

In case, you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech in different branches. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. So
