Absolutely no, you stand no chance of getting into any good college for B.Tech. However, you might get into some Private college under management Kotak.

In NITs, you can't get any of them and it might be possible that you can't get any of the GFTIs, the only colleges that you can get are the private colleges that are accepting admission through JEE Mains also and in that also the chances are very low.

Sorry to inform you, with 21 marks, you will not get good college, but 80% is a good score. So, you will try another Entrance exam that many particular college take entrance exam personally. So, there is a good chance is for you.
    All the Best.

You won't get any good college through these marks. I will suggest you to take direct admission in any reputed institute.

With such marks in JEE Mains, you can get a better private college. Hope for a government college is useful.

You should score above 70 marks in JEE Mains for getting any government/autonomous college. It depends on cut off, available seats, choices of candidates. It varies every year. Now, you have another chance to appear in JEE in one educational year. Do your best in 2nd chance.
