Sorry, but you can't get any IIT or NIT with these marks. But, you have good percentage in class 12th, so on this basis, you can get admission in good private college and may also get some scholarships too.

    You have only two options
    1. Drop for JEE Mains
    2. Get into a private college.

I would suggest you to take a drop and score good marks in JEE Mains and advance. Otherwise, you can go with CSE in some good private college.

If you belong to the general category then you can't get admission in any good college for B.Tech.

Your JEE score is less than average. Chances of getting good colleges on the basics of JEE Main is negligible, if belong to General Category. Try private colleges like LPU, CGC- Landra, etc.

No, better to take admission in some private colleges like VIT- Vellore, UPES, LPU. If you want to pursue IIIT or IIT, then you should repeat again, but make sure, you can do it. If you think you have done best, yet you results were not good, then never repeat. Choose some private colleges. Give some private colleges examination.

No, you cannot get a good college. You should drop a year and prepare for next year.
