I've completed my 12th & have also completed Diploma (CE) and B.Sc (IT) both in later entry education, am I eligible to take up UPSC exam?

    Yes, definitely you are eligible for UPSC. For UPSC, candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from any of the recognized universities. So, start your preparation.
