    All the fields are good, HR and Marketing are more interesting as it deals with theories more but doing in finance adds up your chances to enter a financial sector easily, so finance has this advantage over other two, but all the fields are good, depends on your areas of interest.

    See, all the three fields provide handful of good opportunities so I would like to answer this on the basis of two points:
    1. Interest:
    Check what your interest this. All the three fields are totally different and require totally different mindset and creativity. So basic thing is interest.
    2. Colleges:
    Doing MBA is not just enough, make sure do it from a very good college. This will. Make sure you have good corporate connections and can look for various opportunities.

    It depends on your interests. Marketing is the good. The job opportunities are much more compared to others. HR is also good, but it totally depends on what you like and what you want to do.

    It depends on your interests. From growth prospects, marketing is the best. The job opportunities are much more compared to others. But, marketing should preferably the major as companies take this into account, when you reach top level position. Doon Business School offers Marketing as specialization. The placements have been very good over the years and the highest package went upto INR 22.5 lpa.
