Hello! All three have lucrative job opportunities in the market provided one has the required skills and pursues them from a reputed college. Though opportunities in Marketing seem to be more nowadays. Choose the one as per your interest and career goals.

    Hi Brundhan,
When it comes to making a choice between the MBA fields based on career growth and job opportunities, I must say that all the branches are equally best to choose from and have got fantastic opportunities in long run. But yes it certainly depends upon your career choice and interest that if you feel comfortable with a job of handling and leading a team/large group of people effectively; you may choose to go for HR. If you find yourself comfortable in working with a banking sector or planning to go for a personal business I would suggest to go with finance and if you wish to work with an advertising team and creative stuff b

See, it depends on your area of interest. In which you feel interested and in long term you will not going to face any boredom feeling with. Placements are all equal in every type of field. Currently, I can prefer you for marketing as growth prospects are more relatively in this specialisation.

Hello Brundhan It sometimes depends on the college and your skill set. But yes some jobs like Investment Banking which usually Finance graduates take up usually has very high relative salary associated with it but you need to work for more than 16 hours a day. Similarly, if you are working in sales and marketing, your growth can be faster if you are performing well as your performance is highly quantifiable as compared to other domains. In case of HR, do it from some reputed institutions like XLRI, TISS, MDI Gurgaon, SCMHRD, SIBM, etc. Some depending on your choice and interests, you can go for it. Thank you.

Almost all specializations are good these days to fetch a good job. MBA in Finance has more job opportunities in areas such as banks, investment and portfolio management firms, accounts departments of companies etc. On the other hand, MBA in Marketing has job opportunities in areas such as brand management, advertising, sales departments etc. All three fields have their own scope and niche. You have to check your aptitude, interest, passion, personality traits, bent of mind, analytical ability, aspirations and dream career or deciding on any of these. The best way is to ask your parents, teachers, some experts.
