HR in my personal opinion doesn't provide more job opportunities as compared to Marketing and Finance. You can get jobs in the placement cell or the recruitment cells of the companies. Finance is definitely a good option if you are better with your accounts and numbers. This also has better job prospects. I have done my MBA from LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also helped in providing exposure in terms of placements, internship, workshops, guest lectures etc. So, surely it a better University to join. Mittal School of Business, which attracts students from different parts of the world, is one of India's foremost Busine

Before making a choice you need to consider what your interests are and which one of the three options is a better match with the skill set you possess. Specialisation selection is entirely dependent on your personal interests, your career goals, and industry knowledge and expectations. You should remember that the choice you make now would impact your line of work and the nature of your job in the future. Finance, HR and Marketing all are demanding skills in today's job market. It depends on your interest which course would you like to read and in which field you are good either finance, HR or Marketing. HR is a very challenging profe

    Hi,
In my opinion, the MBA specialisation should be chosen based on 2 attributes. First is your area of interest and second is your capability to excel in that area. Money does matter, but in the long term it won't. Marketing graduates surely have larger prospects in the market due to the natural reason that marketing brings the money for finance to manage. However, rather than thinking that which one is better; it should be considered that what is the aptitude and the area of interest of the candidate? Students who have an eye for detail and like mathematics and Numerics can go for an MBA in Finance. Whereas those who have excellent c

No doubt, it is Marketing but it requires that you should have skills in dealing with people from different spheres in the business field. HR and Finance are also good but maximum jobs come from Marketing.

All the three specialisation has good opportunities and wide range of scope. All that matters is your field of interest. Which specializations suits you most or you can say which skills do you possess. I believe 3 of these specializations demands different skills set. So, choose accordingly. And yes, if you are good at something there is no fear of availability of scope. You can definitely get what you actually want. I not writing this for sake of suggesting but I mean it. All the best.
