The best specialisation for you will definitely be the one you would want to actually work in and not feel burdened, id recommend going through every course and analyzing the perks of each one of them. Different B-schools have different niches they excel. IIM Ahmedabad excels in HR and consultancy so they have good companies like McKinsey in their recruitment belt,. .

Every specialisation provides good job, it highly depends on your area of interest and your knowledge about particular field.
-
Each of the three fields has its own scope and speciality. Before settling on a career, you must examine your aptitude, interest, passion, personality traits, bend of mind, analytical abilities, aspirations, and dream career. The ideal way is to ask your parents, teachers, professionals, and so on. Or create an online psychometric test, for example. If you choose any of them, keep in mind that you must obtain your MBA/PGDMfrom a top B-school, such as GIBS Bangalore.

The MBA degree offers career opportunities in various specializations. However, the job market and career prospects may vary depending on the specialisation. Some of the top job opportunities in this field include HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Training and Development Manager, etc. HR professionals can work in any industry, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, IT, and more. Finance: An MBA in Finance prepares graduates to work in finance-related roles, su...more

In my opinion, MBA in Finance is the better option to do as it has wider scope throughout and is an interesting course to do. And if you talk about the packages in the finance domain you will easily get more than 10L from tier 2 or tier 3 colleges. Going with tier 1 colleges the lowest you can think of is 15L. And if you want to widen the area you can always do Business Analyst together. As there's a good demand for financial analysts these days. This is in trend.

I would say only choose specialisation if you have a strong interest in a particular field and a lot of knowledge about it. Don't choose a speciality solely to follow the crowd/trends. If you don't know what you want to do with your life yet, start with B.Com investigate all domains, find your niche, and flourish in it (in terms of further studies or career). I would not recommend taking a specialist course while in UG unless you are highly determined and informed about a given topic. Specializations are typically pursued when earning a master's degree. If you are looking to pursue PGDM Programme. I would highly recommend try for GIBS...more

All three fields have their own scope and niche. You have to check your aptitude, interest, passion, personality traits, bent of mind, analytical ability, aspirations and dream career or deciding on any of these. The best way is to ask your parents, teachers, some experts etc. Or write some online psychometric test etc. If you decide on any of these, then also keep in mind that you must do MBA from only a top B-school like LPU. This is a decision of a lifetime, and your career is dependent on your decision. So make an informed choice, appear for Interview at LPU selection process, the applications for which are already on.
