dropping will loose ur confidence and u will get a break from studies joining after one year creates a huge gap in academic and u may find it difficult to think upon questions and preparing for it and sittig at home for one full year? instead u can atleast apply for the colleges and leave it on luck if it workd your life can change if it dosnt leave it because anyways u were dropping it. just give it a try dnt take a leap.
    thank you ^.^

please first ask yourself will u b able to bear that extra pressure. dropping isnt that easy. b mentality prepared as u may break down several times but dont give up. keep pushing ur limits, trust me think its ur last chance. some may say life give many chances but that case is for some only. set small goals, master each topic step wise. good luck

If u have a strong will 2 achieve your goal and to work very hard continuously for a year.
Then it is good 4 u to take drop.
And the most important.avoid distraction as possible as u can.
And jst focus on your dream on your goal.
    .
    .
And at last .if u decided 2 take a drop.
    Then best of luckkkk.

if u are sure u can achieve ur dreams nxt yr, please go ahead and put some real effort. But please don't waste more than 1 year because if u can't make out on the nxt year u will not b able to make in 2 or 3 years. So, if u are confident upon urself, please go ahead. There is no problem in losing one year. But u have 2 b confident that u can do it in this year.

Yes, it should not be hard for you to get admission to the University of Western Australia as an Indian student with 50% in class 12th. However, please note that it does not put you in the top applicants either. The general admission percentage requirement for international students is 50 to 65%.

Look at the other admission requirements -

  • English proficiency tests with IELTS (bands 6.5) or TOEFL iBT (82+)
  • High school Diploma from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE etc.
  • Some course-specific subjects for Engineering programs

Top universities require a minimum of 80-90% in your 12th-grade board exams.

  • Average universities often accept students with 60-75%.
  • For highly competitive courses like Medicine, cut off is usually higher.
  • Strong SAT/ACT scores can also compensate for a slightly lower board percentage.

Countries like Germany and Norway are excellent options. Because public universities there charge little to no tuition fees.  The cost of living and education is significantly lower compared to the USA or UK. You must factor in living expenses and language requirements.
