    Yes, CAT score is important for taking admission in IIMS, but it is just a first step if you score good in CAT exam, then you can get a call from IIMS after that you have to crack GD PI. So, your CAT score is just one thing you need to have a good profile also and need to do good performance in GD PI.

    Apart from the CAT score, your academic background, prior work experience and performance in GD/PI matters a lot to get into Iims.

    Yes, CAT is a score factor for admission in Iims and after that you have to clear the interview round of Iims because these are like the policy to accept admission of candidates in tier colleges.

    Yes, CAT score with good percentile is must requirement to get admission in any of the IIMS. After that, you need to appear for Interview conducted by those IIM. Cheers do prepare well and best of luck.

    CAT is an important factor, rather a straight qualifier in IIM admissions. Apart from CAT, your school, college scores and your performance in interviews are also taken into consideration.

    CAT is the major factor in your admission. But along with that your class 10th, class 12th and undergraduate CGPA also carriers some weight in admission process.
