I would say that it has a good scope.
If you are a web designer, you will never be out of a job because the internet needs you for its survival.
Your career may get sealed if one fine morning the internet decides to fade away.

if you have great skills this is a very good platform to work.buildup your skills in web designing. and no need to do B.Sc from animation, you should do single diploma in web designing.
