Is writing LPUNEST exam needed if passed with 80% marks in 10+2?

5 years agoHi dear, Its my profession which makes me motivated to be updated with the information. Being Education Consultant I always try to updated for almost all the university. With the best of my knowledge, this year due to COVID-19 pandemic, LPU has relaxed the Eligibility Criteria and now LPU NEST is mandatory for only B.Tech, Master's of Agriculture and Ph.D. For all the other programmes LPU NEST has been exempted to qualify. Though one can take this exam for scholarship concern. By the way, you will be getting good scholarship on the basis of marks in 12th grade. -

Lovely Professional University conducts its own test LPU NEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test). This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and scholarship for most of the programmes. The amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. It totally depends on programme which you will choose. For some programme LPU NEST is mandatory for eligibility. But for other programme you can register for LPU NEST for availing maximum scholarship benefit.

Nithin, you have not specified the course you are interested in. In some courses, you are exempted of LPUNEST if you have 80% in class 12. For some courses you need to appear for LPUNEST even if you have 80% in class 12. Check the link below for an idea of programs offered after class 12
