(1/2)mu² = (1/2)mv² + mgl (1-cosθ)
⇒ v² = u² - 2gl (1-cosθ)
⇒ v² = 3² - 2*10*0.5* (1 - 1/2)
⇒ v² = 9 - 5 = 4
v = 2m/s
