hi Tuhin, plz mention in which year you have completed your studies and how many years of exp you have. NZHC is strict about gaps. Also your field of study is different from your job profile. When applying to NZ you will have to give strong reasons as to why you have done this. Also, MBA in Nz requires managerial work ex. if you have only then apply. without work ex the only option is UUNZ. For your profile I would like to suggest UK to you, if residency is not your main intention. as visa nad admission both would be easy.

Please find below the requirements to apply for this course:
Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U). If English is not your first language, you will have to take the IELTS and target a minimum score of 6.5 band score witha minimum score of 6 in each section
Completion of an essay, which will be assessed for English proficiency and content
