Hi,
It is almost impossible to get a university in Canada where you can pursue your masters in less than 10 lakhs rupees. If you seriously have this financial constraint, then it is highly recommended that you look for universities in UK or Australia. You will find plenty of universities there which would offer a masters program in less than 10 lakh rupees.

I suggest, you look at giving your CAT , in November 2011 . Most of the reputed B Schools, in the top 100 , accept only CAT scores. Ensure that you prepare well for the CAT exam, and clear it with a good percentile. If you do not do your MBA from a reputed B School, it is a waste of your time and money.
