Hi Garima,
If you are looking for an online teachers training programme then there are few of the institutes which give online teacher training such as CERDS, American TESOL Institute etc. However, if you want to do online teaching then in that case I would suggest you to upload your resume on various job sites like naukri.com or go and hunt for online institutes where they have the requirement for online teachers.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or giving the thumbs up.

Hi Mukesh,
As there is no public ranking for the distance learning program in India it would be difficult to name one institute which is best in providing Distance Learning MBA. However, few of the decent institutes which you may consider are:
IGNOU
Annamalai University
IMT
Symbiosis (SCDL)
Anna University
Alagappa University
University of Madras
Bangalore University
