Why are you thinking about leaving computer engineering? If you had not wanted to do it you should have taken admission and wasted your money and time. May be you are getting poor marks hence you are thinking of leaving it. My sincere advice to you is to work hard and try to score good marks in your engineering. By the time you complete your engineering you will have vast areas of career options to choose from.

Yes first of all tell her to concentrate and tell her to give 11th std exams and score good marks. Then she can get transfer certificate, noc and all her original documents back and apply to her previous CBSE school for 12th. Even if she is unable to get admission there she can try in other CBSE or Delhi state board school. This won't affect her academics as she is preparing for IIT.

this sounds impossible. The only authority to recognise any college or university in india appointed by indian goverment is either MHRD, UGC or AICTE. Any college running any course anywhere in india has to strictly take permission and grant from them. Since you had done BCA from non certified place it is useless for you in your career. You cannot get admission in MBA anywhere in india.My sincere advice to you is to some graduation course via correspondence from INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY.
