Its good to know that you wish to pursue your masters in Singapore, NUS, is one of the finest university in Singapore, a MS degree form NUS is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
You profile is good, but please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission.

@rakesh b4 you plan to go to germany u must get few things straight. 1. U need to apply in MCI i.e medical council of india for a eligibility certificate 2. d university/medical collage u choose should must be in the list of WHO 3. u will have to pass a screening test conducted by mci in india once you decide to come back n practice in india, otherwise u dont get the medical license.
there are lots of shops open in india who send students to study mbbs abroad. But beware of d fundamental things that i said. best of luck

I would suggest you to go for MBA.
If you want to keep working and simultaneously pursue the degree, go for either part-time MBA or distance learning. Best institutes for part-time are FMS, NMIMS, MDI, IIFT etc. For distance learning, NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL and SMUDE are the best.

HI,
GRE is test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS in engineering fields, now a days many universities accepts GRE scores for admission in their MBA program as well.
Since medium of education in US universities is English, so all the students whose first or native language is not English, have to take either TOEFL or IELTS to prove their English language proficiency.
GRE and TOEFL/IELTS scores along with good academic record are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in universities.
