As you have mentioned that you are already done with your ME in Hydraulics and now you want pursue BE which is a bachelor degree and makes no relevance to your education profile as this would mean further engaging your four years in a graduate program.
I would suggest you to continue in your field, if at all you plan to study then you may look for courses like MBA, M.S., Ph.D.

please find below the admission requirements for studying MBA at Stanford University:
1) Stanford requires students having work experiences somewhere in between 2-5 years. ( 2 years being the minimum work experience requirement)
2) GMAT Exam: Scoring 700 and above atleast to qualify for admission
3) TOEFL IBt or IELTS with a minimum score of 100 in the TOEFL or 7.0 in IELTS.
4) Statement of Purpose
5) 3 Letters of Recommendations(Academic or Professional)

Hi Ansad, for a course in Automobile Engineering Germany and USA will be good options. Though this course is available in the UK as well. To study in USA you will have to appear for GRE and IELTS or TOEFL. If you go to Germany you will only need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL. A score of min 6.5 will be required. To study at a University in the UK you will only need to appear for IELTS.

Hi Gurvinder, you can opt for business, management, travel and tourism, accountancy and such courses. At UG level 6.0 in IELTS is enough but no band should be less than 5.5. other than the IELTS you should have mini 60% to get into a diploma level course at the minimum

As far I would know, you stand eligible to write the exam, however, should not delay any further.
