Masters of construction management is basically designed for those students who are from the same background or are coming from related backgrounds like civil engineering, building technology, architecture, etc. Basically, the course is designed for students coming from similar backgrounds. The course revolves around the concept of construction management only.
Whereas, a MBA in construction management is designed for students who are NOT from the construction management or a related background. It is for those people who want to shift their career towards the construction management field. Also, the MBA does not solely focus on contruction management, but focuses on management as a whole majorly.
