There are many institutes in India offering M.tech courses and do not necessarily require GATE scores. There are many other entrance exams that you may consider to apply for like TAN CET, MAH CET, PGCET by VTU, Post-Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test by JNTU.

If you feel there is no weaknesses in your profile and you are not lacking anywhere as far as your soft skills and communication is concerned then I would suggest if possible go for some certification like SAP certification or CFA etc. , this would definitely help you in getting a decent job.

All the three courses have a good career scope. However, it would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which field you choose to pursue your career in, if you are looking for a mix of technology and accounts you can go for SAP accounting module or SAS, on the other hand if you want to opt for a hard core accounting programme you can opt for CWA
