Hi,
Although these two degrees are considered to be of the highest form, there lies a very thin line of difference between them.
M.Phil candidates are expected to critically investigate an approved topic and to demonstrate an understanding of research methods appropriate to the chosen field while PhD candidates are expected to critically investigate an approved topic and to demonstrate an understanding of research methods appropriate to their chosen field.
You are not eligible for either as the minimum eligibility is a pass in master's degree in a related subject with a minimum of second class securing at least 55% of the aggregate marks

ideally C.A's are given Articleships!! But you can contact legal consultants, Advisory and Accounting firms for the paid internshios. There are lot many institutes who provide real time training along with experience certificates.
You may want to check out this link for more of such insititutes

But I would say one thing that getting training for 6 months wont give an exposure for 2 years so easily so make sure to keep your knowledge updated as of 2 years of exp.All the best

Dear Lavanya - please avoid giving fake experience ever. Remember - God always help those who are honest. If somehow the aspiring Company caught you. you whole career could be in trouble. I would advice. work somewhere, get some experience and then move on. Am sure the right path will take you to the right way. sooner or later. you will be the champ.

Hi akash
If you are just asking that you can take Bsc IT as your career if you have commerce background then the answer is yes you can, but if you will study further like MCA or Msc IT then colleges will ask for math in +2 (only reputed colleges)
you can complete your MCA from any general college or you can do MBA.
But if you have planned to do MBA further then just stick with your commerce background and do BBA or Bcom which will help you in further studies.
If you are interested in computers then you can choose Bsc IT.
Remember. In computer field success depends on communication skill knowledge of programming and English speaking abilit
