You have to register yourself to cpt before 60 days of the 1st day of month in which cpt examination is to be held. last date for june attemp is 1st april.
yes u can register urself before september to be eligible for december attempt.
there is no limit on attempts to clear any level exams of CA. U HAVE GOT UNLIMITED CHANCES.
but u may have to renew your registeration after particular period iofu r unable to clear ur xams within that period.

Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.

in my frank opinion there is no point in doing M Pharm, unless you are GATE qualified. I received at least 2 phone calls every day from m Pharm students who after spending 2 Years and lakhs of rupees are finding it really tough to get a job in related field. Rather than that complete some job oriented course like SAS; ,CDM,Pv medical coding and get job. you can lateron complete your part time MBA.
