You can learn all these things in either B.tech in IT or you can pursue a course in network engineering. But Engg in IT will provide you a wider and in depth knowledge of LAN, WLAN, Ethernet etc. For CCTV and cameras you can pursue separately any Training course available in India. These will be certification courses. If you are keen in learning course for LAN, WLAN you can opt for B.Tech in IT or Network Engineering course.

HR is a different specialization at IMI. If one joins PGDM then one cannot opt for HR as majors. Both are good depending on ones interest level. Experienced faculty uses their own pedagogy. Placements prospects are good for both.

Yes it can be a good option if you have your career interests in the field. Without prior education in Finance you will however face difficulty. MBA after LLB is a good option and opted by many. Good Luck!

Hi,
Considering your scores and past trends chances of getting good institutes seems to be thin if you belong to general category. However its difficult to comment about CAP rounds because the cut-offs are fluctuating. Try for institute level seats and pgdm course if you want to get into good institutes.

Both Journalism and Event Management are good good options. But if you are more interested towards writing and reporting then you should opt for journalism.

Pgdm course from IIMs is at par with the business courses abroad. The few benefits of doing it from Australia are the research facilities, infrastructure and the global outlook. If you can afford the fee, you must take the course abroad.
