Considering your scores and past trends chances of getting good institutes seems to be thin if you belong to general category. However its difficult to comment about CAP rounds because the cut-offs are fluctuating. Try for institute level seats and pgdm course if you want to get into good institutes.

In Event Management you will learn from the basics of organizing events, to managing production work and other aspects, so think towards which filed you are inclined more and then select a course.

Mathematics is found difficult if you hvnt practiced it enough but b.com hons has a good scope for career in future as you will have lot of options to choose from. so I would suggest which ever university you wish to apply for, check the course structure for it and then decide.
