MBA is master degree which is affiliated to concern state university and PGDM is post graduate diploma in management it is autonomous course affiliated to AICTE .
both have duration of two years , when we talk about m.b.a it is master degree after completing that you can do your further studies like phd and after pgdm you are not eligible for phd or fellowship programme. after m.b.a you are eligible in most of public sector exam , bank exams .
when look out for corporate world pgdm is better than mba because pgdm is updated and industrious course than mba .

But honestly, it depends on your interests. I know for a fact that I can never be a civil engineer or a mechanical engineer or CS and he can never be a computer engineer. Not everything is everyone's cup of tea. If you are looking from the view point of job prospects, each branch has its pros and cons. But your interest should have vital point in what you select.

You can look for Asian countries like Singapore which do not necessarily require IELTS or TOEFL. 5.0 IELTS is not accepted elsewhere so you must look for universities offering waivers or simply retake IELTS. Hope this helps.

General Eligibility Criteria for BBA Course
-Should be a citizen of the country
-General age bar is a minimum of 17 years and maximum 22 years
-Residents of the state are given preference
