Following are basic differences in pursuing BCA from a private or a government institute:-
1. The tuition fees for a Govt. Institution will be lesser as compared to private.
2. Some Private institutions will have better placements as compared to Govt. institutions but it's not necessarily same for all govt. institutions.
3. There are many Govt. institutions like VJTI which are much better in placement scenario than the private counterparts.

Dear Gautam,
I would suggest you better go for a BTech course. Since I'm from Diploma background I can correlate with your question very well. I had friends who opted for a BSc or a short term course after graduating diploma but believe me they regret it since any course will not have as much weightage and importance as a BTech course will.

Australia all post graduation is a two year course . affordability depends upon your budget. it will cost you around 20 to 23 lakhs tuition fees and you need another 12 lakhs living expenses. if you are fresher without experience you have to choose courses to make you employable. you can also look into doing your MBA in uk ,on which you will save one year of your life and you can earn the entire fees by part time job while studying which will costs only around 10 to 12 lakhs.
