With Diploma in E&C you can easily get supervisory level job in any manufacturing industry in maintenance and operation. In Government you will be able to get class III engineering skill based jobs. However if you aspire to do technical managerial jobs you will have to do BTech. It takes a diploma holder from 8 to 10 years to reach to level of engineer with excellent performance. Job opportunities as E&C graduate both in Government and private are good.

Hello Chandrasekhar,
UKCAT is the examination you must take to study medicine or MBBS in UK. There must be certain TIER 3 colleges of course however I am not sure if you will be granted a study visa in that case. Medicine studies are highly valued ,therefore applicants can enter into a medical school only after passing UKCAT.
