Hello Prakash, Firstly, its good to know your dream of pursuing aeronautical engineering course after your Diploma. However the path that you have chosen will take you nowhere. Recently SC of India cancelled engineering degrees granted by different universities by way of distance education. You may land up in same soup later. This is so since the courses where substantial practicals are involved are not allowed by distance education. I would therefore advise you not to follow this path. But you can choose to obtain qualification equivalent to this degree by doing AMIE. This path is your best BET.

3 entry points are Bachelors, certificate, Diploma. After 10th, you can do Diploma or certificate courses. After 12th, you can do Bachelors. Courses involved are hotel management, culinary arts, food and beverages, catering technology, food production. It would be good to do a course + internship under experienced chefs.

It shouldn't be very difficult for you, if you could just carry yourself well in the interview that they have and of course you need to clear the entrance exam before that. It is a simple aptitude test. Nothing to worry about it's going to be easy, trust me (unless you have any major backlogs in your class 12th you are good to go).

Hi Shashank, some universities in Germany are absolutely free and some may charge around Euro 200-500 per semester. Germany is very affordable and equally competitive to get into. You will need to show living expenses of around Euro 9000 in your bank account while applying for the visa.
