To earn good, you should focus on your technical expertise and for that look at your area of interests.

For 1-year MBA i.e. PGPM or Executive MBA minimum 5 years work-ex is a must. So that way you are not yet eligible for either of these courses. However, if you are keen to do an MBA you can jolly-well apply for the regular 2-years PGDM course. I myself joined this course after working in the industry for 4years.
