To get admission in Govt Engg colleges in Kanpur or any other state in UP, you have to fight Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). UPSEE is under Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), which issues online application form for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE)
UPSEE is the qualifying entrance exam for admission to first year engineering courses across the state. UPSEE 2014 exam is being conducted by the UPTU. UPSEE is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Architecture (B.Arch), Hotel Management and Fashion & Apparel Design courses, and first year MBA/MCA/MAM dual degree courses.
