You are Maharashtrian, studied in Telangana and seeking admission in a college in TN. I only wish, this happens in India. It actually is happening in medical but unfortunately not in engineering. I am afraid your dream of getting admission in MIT will remain unfulfilled since only domiciles of TN can get admission.

Almost all colleges admit students for this course based on merit only. Maybe only a handful conduct their own entrance exam. So, just do not worry and apply to the college which you have in mind.
Best wishes.

Intergrated course can work wonders for you if you do it from a reputed institute. It's okay if you didn't study accountancy in high school because even science students go for BBA/MBA. This particular course unlike B.Com (Hons) is more business oriented. Basics of accountancy will be there initially for eg. important terms and it's use.

B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is generally for 3 years duration and in most of the colleges the admission will be based on NCHMCT JEE score, while BHM is for 4 years duration. Apart from this, there is no such major difference as both the degrees are equally recognised by industry and for other purposes.
