Yes, you can get the addition in NSIT. Go though counseling procedure and list out your colleges. Put college name series which you want first then after second like wise give colleges name. Hope.

Yes, IIIT is best. But, not all of them. IIIT-Hyderabad, IIIT-Allahabad, IIIT-Delhi are the best premier institute. IIIT-Hyderabad is one among the top college, which has a very good coding culture. Their curriculum is top notch. IIIT-Hyderabad is a PPP and not government. IIIT Allahabad is Indian Institute and is a central government funded. Apart from these, there are other good colleges like BIT Mesra, BITS Pilani and more. Hope you got what you wanted to know.
