At any given time, we are registered in one university. But, if the second university is not asking any migration certificate then perhaps you can think of. But if you have to attend college for both courses then what will you do? You can not erect a building on a weak structure.

Free to change your course from B.Com to B. M. as you have already took a drop from this course, so no issue just go for B. M. in some other best reputed college or Institute. For taking admission in B. M. you have to show your class 12th completion and its percentage. And, in most of the college, there is a requirement of minimum 45% or 50% marks in class 12th with any stream.
