Hi Digvijay, though my recommendation would be to go for any of the TU but I would suggest you to take advice from DAAD on this stating your profile completely.
If all the univ are equally ranked then go for the course of your interest and remember to compare the course modules.

Awadhesh, if you are extrovert and good in spoken as well as written English, you can act as interpreter for foreigners visiting India. This will pay you well. You can also join a coaching institute fro good money, but no future. However, i would suggest you to appear for some competitive exam for a good job ans also register for a masters level degree fro brighter future.

Hi Shweta,
As PhD and M.Phil are research based programmes there is no Institute which send you abroad as a PhD or M.Phil student but in case your research work demands you may have to go abroad, but then that trip is not through the Institute probably that needs to borne by you. However, as far as I know there are rarely any institutes who have this facility for PhD or M.Phil students.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
