If you want to start your own Business the course would depend on the field you want to get in if you want to get in International Business or foreign trade then the courses related to export & import or course like MBA in International Business can be a good option. On the other hand if you are looking for a business in hospitality industry like starting a Hotel or coordinating events then you can opt for Event Management or courses in hotel management or else can opt for MBA in Operations or sales and marketing.
As far as doing the course from India or abroad is concerned, if your financial base is strong you can go ahead and plan your course from abroad.

As you are in Business Analysis department the good options for you could be Finance or Operations or else if you are into IT department then you can opt for MBA IT. For Part time MBA you can consider: FMS, MDI, IMT, Fore School of Management, For MBA IT there would be lesser options in part time it will either full time or correspondence.

As per the DGCA, the Regulations require minimum 200 hrs of flying for Aircrafts & minimum 150hrs of flying for Helicopters depending upon your performance you can complete the program in 6-7 months and 3-4 months (Helicopters) .

To pursue a career of an IPS, one requires to write and qualify the UPSC exams , which are conducted in two phases: Preliminary test (CSAT) and Main Written Test.
CSAT: It is an Objective type examination consisting of Two Papers that is common to all candidates from 2011 having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on general knowledge.
Main Exam.: Those who qualify the CSAT exam are shortlisted for the Main exam. It is a descriptive (essay type) examination. The General Studies, Essay paper, English Paper are common to all candidates and with this a candidate has two optional subjects to choose from the given options and a language paper of his / her choice. After qualifying the test, shortlisted candidates are called for the interviews and then the final selection takes place.

In order to pursue undergraduate course in US, you need to have:
12 years of education with good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600-1700 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
