If you are talking about the teleconferencing time Schedule then it would be sent to you by the respective study center, that is mount carmel college in your case. One option is that after completing your B.Tech you can start working with some good IT company earn few years of work experience, say around 5-7 years and then take a sabbatical of one year and do EMBA, another option is that if you want to devote your career completely to technology, go ahead and to M.Tech. One last option could be that you complete your B.Tech and go for MBA. First and third option both lead you to a management career ultimately whereas second option is purely to get into technology field. So keeping in mind your own interests and career aspiration, choose one of the options.
