This answer is for Ankita's question. @Ankita michael a general category candidate can appear 4 times for the UPSC exam but in doing that he/she shoud not have crossed 30 years age. If your roll numbers do not appear and even after applying if you do not give the exam then that attempt is NOT counted.

LLB is a regular course and cannot be done via distance education in India. Only the Regular Course in india and some Foreign Law Degrees is approved by BCI making you eligible for Practice in Indian courts. Even there is no equivalent degree in India.
