Based on another similar question posted by you showing interest in Civil Services, even though having a background of Computer Science engineering but as we know that there is no subject choice of Computer Science in Civil Services, in that case you can either opt for the one of your interest or with relevance to your study , may be like physics, chemistry or Maths depending on your previous education and interest.

The minimum cost of study for international student is Euro 500/ semester, for exact details kindly contact the university. Although a student visa doesn't allow you to take full time job,you could surely do with a bit of extra income.As a international student you are permitted to work upto 4 hours/day,but not more than 180 half days/year.Both on campus and off-campus work is permitted.In any case,knowledge of German language is a strong plus point for a job.

BHMS is a field of medicine and there is a lot practice involved in the study of the same, and it becomes difficult to get a course through the distance mode, also there aren't any institutes which can offer such courses but you may still refer to the following link and can check for any possibilities of getting distance education:
