Hi Jay,
SAP is a mix of a process and technology merged to benefit many clients in case of data and manipulating the same.
SAP definitely is a great career option and will bring in good prospects as well but it is advisable to go for the module through a good and a reputed institute, preferably an education training partner like Siemens, Genovate, Delphi etc.

B.Sc Students are not Eligible to do M.Tech. to do M.Tech you must be BE/B.Tech or M.Sc or MCA. So first Complete your M.Sc then thinks of M.Tech.

No Universities abroad guarantee placements. All the Universities have careers and placement cells that help the students to prepare for the interview, prepare CV and intimate students about openings in companies. Students must themselves go for the interview and clear. There is no culture of companies coming to University campus and recruiting students.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.

RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern are some of the Universities that offer Automotive/Automobile Engg.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
