It is not clear if you are referring to UGC NET or the software application. Net, but in either cases, it is not the right portal to search for question papers or sample papers.

Not really aware of any combination of CS and SAP but then both are good at the respective positions. SAP will add value to your over all existing profile and will not much effect the career prospects of CS as such.
Yet as you are keen to pursue SAP, then there are several institutes in the country offering these modules.

Opting for any specific course is a matter of your choice and also will depend on the modules that you have already studied. However, if you are keen to continue in Accounting then possibly opting for a Tally course or Computing accounting courses are a good options as well.

However, All that I may suggest you is to first complete your Bachelors i.e. B.Com and then if your interest is in Finance, there are several careers available and to know about these you may refer to the following link:
