Although, there are very low chances to find a Part time M.Tech programme in Jhansi but few of the Institutes which does provide Part time M.Tech are:
IIT Kanpur
IIT Delhi
Anna University
ITM University

Robotics is an Interdisciplinary Subject and IIT Kanpur is Leading one in India Right now for this Field . It has Subjects From Electrical , Mechanical and CS All three . If You are from CS You can Opt for research areas like Computer Vision , Speech Recognition etc.

HI Tarun, the 2 yr work permit has been taken off by the Government and is no longer available to any international students including Indians.
There is no other visa available. Although if you are able to find a job for yourself before completion of course then you can apply for a work permit.

Hi Gill,
There are several good Institutes in Delhi Region such as Career Launcher, IMS, T.I.M.E etc. but I would suggest you to visit these institutes before getting into any one of them and few of the things which you should keep in mind while selecting your institute are study material, number of classes, faculty background, infrastructure, number of doubt clearing sessions, how many Mock tests are given and whether or not AIR ranks are given etc.

All the Universities have careers and placement cells that help the students to prepare for the interview, prepare CV and intimate students about openings in companies. Students must themselves go for the interview and clear. There is no culture of companies coming to University campus and recruiting students.

Deepak, i suggest you join the ACHNP program, (Advanced Computer Hardware and Network Professional ) in IIHT Ludhiana. this course covers Computer Hardware, Network technologies, Cisco networks, microsoft networks, red hat linux system administration courses.
so, it would get you a definite entry in to IT industry. You will have to compare the course modules and check the TQA ratings to find out for yourself which one is better for you.

i suggest you join the CCNA, CCNP, Ethical hacking, Check point and Cisco ASA administration programs.
this would be a 6 months course which will lead to Cisco certifications in network administration and security administration. You would also be an expert in Ethical hacking and add value to the security of an organisation.
